Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We'll inspect your roof, take photos, and give you a written report at no cost. There's no obligation to hire us.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are done in one to two days. Larger or steeper roofs can take three. We'll give you a clear schedule before we start.
How much does a new roof cost?
Most homes in our area run between $9,000 and $18,000. Size, pitch, number of layers, and material all affect the price. Your written estimate will spell out every cost.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Every day. We document damage, meet your adjuster, and review the insurance estimate with you. You'll typically pay only your deductible on an approved claim.
Will you waive my deductible?
No. Waiving or covering a deductible is illegal in Colorado. Be careful of anyone who offers.
What warranty do I get?
Replacements include our 10 year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty, which runs up to 50 years on qualifying shingle systems. Repairs come with a 2 year workmanship warranty.
Do I need to be home during the install?
No, but we'll need access to your driveway and an outdoor power outlet. Plan to move cars out of the garage and take fragile items off interior walls, since hammering can cause vibration.
What about my yard and garden?
We cover plants and landscaping with tarps, use a dumpster for debris, and run a magnet sweep for nails when we're done.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, with approved credit. Jobs over $5,000 can qualify for 12 months same as cash.
What areas do you serve?
Pine Hollow, Cedar Flats, Bramble Creek, Larkspur Valley, and anywhere within 40 miles of our shop.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. Emergency tarping is available around the clock.
